Mahjongg: Ancient Mayas

Play Mah Jong as the best and find all the thirty legendary tiles in America

  DOWNLOAD

In Mahjong: Ancient Mayas you will be embarking a quest looking for the 30 legendary tiles. Of course, the game offers a Classic Mode too, if you only want to play classic Mah Jong, instead of playing the adventure mode.

The game offers two modes to play it. Here we will describe those modes briefly. The first mode to review is the Classic Mah Jong mode. This mode offers 6 basic boards and the possibility that you create your own boards with a built-in board editor. For each board you play, you can change the tile set style, the background image, and the difficulty level. Besides those settings, you can play each board in several different games styles. Let’s describe those game styles:
1. Standard: the classic Mah Jong in which you have to clear tiles from the board by pairs.
2. Countdown: the classic mode but with limited time to clear the board (20 minutes).
3. Point Race: to try clearing the board as fast as possible. You lose 5 points for every second.
4. Remember: you use blind tiles and you will see the icon just for a few seconds after clicking a tile.
5. Ghosts: similar to remember.
6. Exchange: every five seconds the icons on the tiles exchange.
7. Shuffle: every twenty seconds the board is shuffled so you have to find a pair before that time.
8. 10 seconds: you have to find a pair every 10 seconds. You lose 50 points every time you fail.
9. Match: you have to find within 10 seconds the displayed tile in the board.
10. Ten: in this mode instead of looking for pairs you have to click as many tiles you can until the sum equals ten.
The second mode is Adventure Mode, in which you’ll be playing an adventure in 15 historical locations, trying to find the 30 legendary tiles. At the beginning of the game is shown a comic-style introduction to the game..
The goal of the game is the following: you must clear the board of tiles by matching them off in pairs. However, you can only select tiles which have at least 1 side free, and which have no other tiles on top of them.
When you enter the game, you reach the Main Menu, with the following options:
- Adventure Mode: to start playing the game in this mode.
- Classic Mode: to play any board you like.
- Change Player: you can create several profiles to share your game with family and friends.
- Settings: you can set the music volume, sound volume, and full screen, among many other options.
- Editor: you can create your own boards.
- How to Play: to see some information about the game.
- High Scores and Exit: no further explanation required.
